Why do people go to hell?

People do not go to hell for a particular sin, but they go to hell because they did not completely shed their sinful nature (the old man / Adam) and they did not put on nature. of God (the new man / Christ).

I see many people condemning this or that sin, but these same people will not be saved if they do not completely shed their sinful nature, for if Christ suffered, and died on the cross, and 'he is resurrected, it is to enable us by our faith and by his Spirit to completely strip ourselves of our sinful nature in order to be born again and thus to clothe the new man created according to God in true righteousness and holiness.

The only condition of salvation is the new birth, and to all those who believed in Jesus Christ, he gave them the POWER, or even the AUTHORITY, to BECOME children of God. This power which has been given to us or which can be given to you is the Spirit that we receive by faith at the beginning of our conversion, so that through him we can overcome the world and the flesh, and BECOME children of God. (like Jesus Christ as a man) by the new birth.

We will not be saved just by quitting smoking, drugging, masturbating, lusting, envying, jealous, stealing, lying, being hypocritical, adulterous, gossiping, cursing , to hold a grudge, to overeat, to be rude, to make jokes (something contrary to decorum), to watch films, to listen to world music, to play, to put on make-up (for women), to dress in such a way as to seduce, to be idolaters of someone, of something or even of ourselves, to love the world and the things of the world, to seek money, to to undertake in this world, to love sport or to have any passion in this world ... and still many other things.

So I was saying that it is not only by stopping these things that we will be saved, for this is only the beginning; stopping these things will allow us to enter the base of the Mountain of God to begin walking on the Path of salvation, but then comes the stripping of our entire being, the crucifixion of our flesh, which certainly begins with the fact of 'stop these things but that goes much further than that.

This is why, do not condemn for this or that sin, because what God will condemn is the man of sinful nature in a general way, and then each one will be condemned according to his works and his sins. But all those who put on the old man completely and put on Christ will be saved.

Let us remember that there are many called but few chosen, that is to say many people who have been called to God and who have received the Spirit of God in order to be able to sanctify themselves and to shed their own. sinful nature, but few of them will reach the promise. Consider that in the days of Moses the Hebrew people were delivered out of the land of Egypt and taken into the wilderness; they were all called to the promised land, just as all who have received the Spirit of deliverance are called to the Kingdom of God. But many of them perished in the wilderness, and very few reached the land of promise. These things have been a foreshadowing for our time as the Church, and today in the same way many receive the Spirit of deliverance but very few will reach the Kingdom of God, for most perish in the wilderness.
